Apple Crumble
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 sticks melted butter
- 1 1/2 cups flour
- 1 cup lightly packed brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 6 large apples, cored and cut into wedges
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/2 lemon juiced
Directions
- Grease large baking pan with butter
- Whisk together flour, brown sugar and salt in bowl
- Stir in melted butter in bowl until texture is coarse and sandy
- Add apples, sugar, cinnamon and lemon juice to baking dish and toss to combine
- Spread an even layer, then press crumb mixture on top of apples
- Bake at 350 degrees until apples are bubbling and topping is golden (approximately 50 minutes)
