Bakery Style Blueberry Muffins
Ingredients
Crumble Topping Ingredients
- 4 tbsp butter, melted
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup flour
- Sprinkle of cinnamon
- Sprinkle of salt
Muffin Ingredients
- 1 stick (1/2 cup) of softened butter
- 1 cup white sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 cups flour
- Sprinkle of salt
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 cups blueberries
Directions
Crumble Topping Instructions
- Stir all ingredients with a fork until clumped together. Set aside.
Muffin Instructions
- In a bowl, combine butter and sugar and mix until creamed together.
- Add eggs, lemon juice, and vanilla extract.
- Sift flour into a separate bowl with a sprinkle of salt and baking powder, slowly mix into butter/egg/sugar mixture.
- Add milk and make sure not to over mix.
- Coat 2 cups blueberries lightly with flour in a separate bowl.
- Mix coated blueberries into batter with hands or very gently with a spoon.
- Scoop batter mix into liners, add crumble on top of batter.
- Bake at 375°F for 30 minutes.

Tips
- Ensure butter is softened for easier mixing.
