Beef and Broccoli Ramen
Ingredients
- 1 lb beef (such as flank steak), thinly sliced
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 2 packs ramen noodles (or udon/rice noodles)
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon avocado oil (substituted for vegetable oil)
- 1/4 cup water
- Green onions, chopped (for garnish)
- Sesame seeds (for garnish)
Directions
- In a small bowl, mix together soy sauce, honey, garlic, and ginger to make the sauce.
- Heat avocado oil in a large pan over medium-high heat.
- Add the sliced beef to the pan and cook until browned.
- Add broccoli florets to the pan and stir-fry for about 3 minutes.
- Pour the sauce over the beef and broccoli, and add water. Stir to combine.
- Let the sauce simmer until it thickens and coats the beef and broccoli.
- Meanwhile, cook the ramen noodles according to package instructions, then drain.
- Add the cooked noodles to the pan and toss everything together.
- Drizzle with sesame oil and mix well.
- Serve hot, garnished with green onions and sesame seeds.

Tips
