Broccoli Pasta Salad
Ingredients
- 7 mini bell peppers
- 1 head broccoli
- 1/3 cup diced cucumber
- 1/3 cup dried cranberries
- 4 cups cooked bow-tie pasta (approximately 1/2 of a 12oz box)
- Three Cheese Ranch Dressing
- Sliced almonds
- (Optional: bacon/chicken)
Directions
- Cook pasta until Al dente and rinse in warm water
- Dice peppers and cucumber
- Chop broccoli
- Add peppers, broccoli, cranberries and pasta
- Pour dressing as eaten to extend life of salad
