Crock-Pot BBQ Chicken Sandwiches
Ingredients
- 1 lb chicken breasts
- 1 chopped red onion
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tbsp ranch dressing seasoning
- 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tbsp white vinegar
- BBQ Sauce (e.g., Buffalo Wild Wing’s Honey BBQ)
- Buns/hoagie rolls
- Colby Jack cheese slices
- Bacon
Directions
- Spray a crockpot with cooking spray.
- Chop a red onion.
- Add the chicken, onion, minced garlic, vinegar, and all of the seasonings to the crockpot.
- Add enough BBQ sauce to cover the chicken.
- Cook on low for 4-6 hours.
- Shred the chicken, stir well, and add a little bit more BBQ sauce if needed.
- Toast the buns/hoagie rolls in a skillet over medium heat.
- Build sandwiches with the BBQ chicken, bacon, and cheese.
- Enjoy!

Tips
