Crock-Pot Tender Steak Tips
Ingredients
- 1 lb beef stew meat
- 1 small bag of baby carrots
- 1/2 chopped white onion
- 1 packet brown gravy mix
- 1 packet zesty Italian dressing mix
- 1/2 cup beef broth
Directions
- Place the beef stew meat in the Crock-Pot.
- Add the baby carrots and chopped onion.
- Sprinkle the brown gravy mix and zesty Italian dressing mix over the ingredients.
- Pour in the beef broth.
- Cover and cook on low for 8 hours or on high for 5-6 hours.
- Serve over rice or potatoes and enjoy!

Tips
For a thicker sauce, you can mix a tablespoon of cornstarch with a little water and add it to the Crock-Pot during the last hour of cooking.
