Crock-Pot Tender Steak Tips

Ingredients

  1. 1 lb beef stew meat
  2. 1 small bag of baby carrots
  3. 1/2 chopped white onion
  4. 1 packet brown gravy mix
  5. 1 packet zesty Italian dressing mix
  6. 1/2 cup beef broth

Directions

  1. Place the beef stew meat in the Crock-Pot.
  2. Add the baby carrots and chopped onion.
  3. Sprinkle the brown gravy mix and zesty Italian dressing mix over the ingredients.
  4. Pour in the beef broth.
  5. Cover and cook on low for 8 hours or on high for 5-6 hours.
  6. Serve over rice or potatoes and enjoy!

Tips

For a thicker sauce, you can mix a tablespoon of cornstarch with a little water and add it to the Crock-Pot during the last hour of cooking.
