Crockpot Chicken and Ravioli
Ingredients
- Salt
- Pepper
- Onion powder
- Garlic powder
- Italian seasoning
- 1.5 pounds chicken breasts
- 1/2 jar sun-dried tomatoes (optional)
- Crushed red pepper flakes
- 24-ounce jar marinara sauce
- 1 pint heavy cream
- 25-ounce bag frozen cheese ravioli
- 1 bag frozen spinach
Directions
- Season the bottom of the crockpot with salt, pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning.
- Place the chicken breasts on top of the seasonings.
- Season the top of the chicken with more salt, pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning.
- Add half a jar of sun-dried tomatoes (optional).
- Sprinkle in some crushed red pepper flakes.
- Pour in the marinara sauce.
- Add the heavy cream.
- Cover and cook on high for 3-4 hours or on low for 6-8 hours.
- Once the chicken is done, remove it, shred it, and return it to the crockpot.
- Stir in the frozen ravioli and frozen spinach.
- Cover and cook on high for another 30-45 minutes until the ravioli is heated through.

Tips
- Don’t skip the sun-dried tomatoes for added flavor.
- You can substitute the spinach with broccoli or any other vegetable you prefer.
- Serve over pasta if desired.
