Focaccia Bread
Ingredients
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp instant yeast
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 cup warm water
- Olive oil
- Rosemary
- Flaky salt
Directions
- Combine first 4 ingredients (flour, yeast, salt, warm water), put in bowl and cover with plastic wrap then refrigerate dough overnight
- Coat baking dish in olive oil
- Transfer dough to baking dish (preferrable round) and let rise for 2-3 hours at room temperature covered by a towel
- Dimple the dough after rising period
- Cover dimpled dough with small amount of olive oil, rosemary and flaky salt
- Bake for 25 minutes at 410 degrees
- Eat bread alone or dip in olive oil/balsamic
