Skinny Chicken Parmesan
Ingredients
- Olive oil
- Dried Sicilian oregano
- Salt (preferably from Tuscany)
- Chicken breasts
- Marinara sauce
- Shredded mozzarella cheese
- Parmigiano cheese
Directions
- Cut the chicken breasts in half.
- Prepare the marinade by mixing olive oil, dried Sicilian oregano, and salt.
- Brush the marinade onto the halved chicken breasts, ensuring they are well seasoned.
- Heat a pan and add the chicken breasts.
- Cook the chicken until golden brown on both sides.
- Top each chicken breast with a little marinara sauce, shredded mozzarella, and Parmigiano cheese.
- Place the chicken under the broiler for a couple of minutes until the cheese is melted and the chicken is fully cooked.
