Stuffed Bell Peppers
Ingredients
- 4 red bell peppers (halved, stems and seeds removed)
- 1 can tomato sauce
- 1 lb cooked ground turkey
- Salt and pepper
- 1 cup cooked white rice
- 1 1/2 cups parmesan cheese
Directions
- Cook the ground turkey and season lightly with salt and pepper
- Combine turkey, white rice and tomato sauce altogether
- Add 1/2 cup cheese to mix
- Scoop mix into bell peppers on baking pan
- Sprinkle each pepper with parmesan cheese
- Cook at 400 degrees for 20 minutes (or until cheese has melted)
