Thai Lettuce Wraps
Ingredients
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 lb ground chicken
- 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 diced white onion
- 1/4 cup teriyaki sauce
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp rice wine vinegar
- 2 diced green onions
- Salt and pepper
- Lettuce leaves
Directions
- Heat olive oil in pan on medium heat, add ground chicken and cook until browned
- Stir in garlic, soy sauce, teriyaki sauce and onion until onions become translucent
- Stir in green onions until tender (1-2 minutes) and add salt and pepper to taste
- Spoon onto lettuce leaves and serve
