Yakisoba

Ingredients

  1. 1 cabbage head, roughly chopped
  2. 1/4 cup soy sauce
  3. 1 onion, thinly sliced
  4. 1/2 bag shredded carrots
  5. 1 bag Fortune yakisoba noodles
  6. 2 thinly sliced pork chops or chicken breasts

Directions

  1. Prep the vegetables and place them in a large pan with a drizzle of olive oil.
  2. Cook until the onions are translucent and the vegetables are getting a little color and are tender.
  3. Add the meat and cook until it is cooked through.
  4. Add the package of noodles, all included seasoning packets, and soy sauce or additional sauces of choice to taste.
  5. Break up the noodles, combine well, and serve.

Tips

For extra flavor, consider adding garlic or ginger when cooking the vegetables. You can also top the dish with sesame seeds or green onions for garnish.
